Race Exhaust Fabrication and Tube Bending
Good Fabs is a fabricator of race exhausts and a manufacturer of tube and custom bends. We have been working for motorsports teams and racing enthusiasts since 1984. We employ a team of skilled fabricators and welders, tube manufacturers and tube benders to make every part of a performance exhaust system. We fabricate and weld sets of primaries, merge collectors, tailpipes, silencers and megaphones for F1, LMP, World Rally Car and NASCAR teams as well as for enthusiast race categories such as Caterham and historic Mustangs.
Good Fabs sells
custom made race exhaust parts to other race exhaust fabricators and to motorsport teams with fabrication shops. We specialise in stainless steel and inconel bends, merge collectors and silencers. For custom race exhaust bends we have a unique ‘
custom bend calculator ’ that quickly and easily defines the variables that determine a custom bend.
Our tooling list can be also be downloaded to help regular customers work out at-a-glance what diameters/CLRs can be bent for various grades of inconel, stainless steel (304 and 321), aluminium and titanium.
Our exhaust design expertise is used by everyone from motorsport enthusiasts and F1 designers to
Formula Student competitors. We help racers maximise power, minimise weight, withstand high temperatures, make exhausts last longer or simply sculpt a system around the engine and chassis position.
For production jobs we also use our up-to-date CAD systems to interpret models and design jigs without needing the car or an existing exhaust system to work from.
