F1 teams and engine builders regularly consult with us on how to go about designing a component for manufacture. This may also include a conversation about suitable materials, manufacturing techniques and optimal materials and wall thicknesses.

With the largest selection of mandrel bend tooling for bending stainless steel 321 and 304, inconel 625 and 718, Grade 2 titanium and aluminium, we are often the first port of call for the diameters used in race exhaust systems.

We supply bent tube and pressed parts to race teams who can fabricate in house or have their own exhaust system suppliers.
