PAUL WATSON

Since joining GoodFabs in 2016, Paul has played a key role in driving operational excellence across the business. He has led the development and implementation of improved processes, overseen the successful introduction of a new ERP system and supported the continued growth and evolution of the company.

 

Through a combination of process improvement, team development and strategic planning, Paul has helped strengthen GoodFabs' ability to deliver exceptional service and support to customers from initial enquiry through to final delivery.

As General Manager, Paul is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, working closely with Managing Director Neil Morgan to deliver the company's strategic objectives.

 

His leadership has been instrumental in key business milestones, including the achievement of ISO 9001 accreditation. With a strong focus on efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction, Paul continues to play a pivotal role in the ongoing success and growth of GoodFabs.
