Our Lambda/Thermo bosses are designed and manufactured in-house to meet the demands of high-performance and motorsport exhaust systems. Produced on our state-of-the-art 3-axis CNC machining centres, each boss is manufactured to exacting tolerances, ensuring exceptional quality, accuracy and consistency.

We stock a range of cast and fully machined Lambda and Thermo bosses in both Inconel 625 and Stainless Steel 316. The weld-on fitment and specially engineered flanged design ensure outstanding strength and long-term reliability, even under the extreme temperatures and vibration loads associated with race and performance exhaust systems.
